The most common Tracks questions.
Sign in and accounts
Tracks currently uses Sign in with Apple. If you already have a Gather account on the website, you will still sign into Tracks separately for now.
Recording and replay
Tracks records rides on the phone first, then replays them in the app after the ride. If something did not save or replay correctly, include your device, iOS version, and what happened right before the problem.
Sync and missing rides
If a ride is missing after sign-in or sync, send the approximate ride date, the device you used, and whether the ride still appears in the app library. That gives us the fastest path to helping you.
Delete account
In the Tracks app, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot get into the app, email support and tell us you need account deletion help.
